The Lodge

The Lodge was built in the 1920's by a Signal Hill, CA Oilman by the name of Tom Cannon in the newly developed private community of Lake Arrowhead.  He hired stone masons and wood craftsmen from Germany to build a world class mountain lodge to entertain his business associates and personal guests.  Since that time it has been used as a private residence, hunting lodge, real estate office and most recently as a bed & breakfast style guesthouse.

There have been many improvements to the property and furnishings over the summer months of 2011.  The Lodge is now available for short term rental as a single unit with or without the Carriage house and is fully fenced and gated for your security.  There are 6 bedrooms with private baths and an additional 2 rooms (the library & family room) with queen sofabeds that can be used for overflow of guests.

There is a 2 night minimum rental for the Lodge.  Rental rates are subject to a 7% Transient Occupancy Tax and we charge a $325 cleaning fee per stay.  We now offer VRBO rental insurance policies to our guests for $59 per stay in lieu of requiring a security deposit.  Please visit our VRBO website by clicking the link below for detailed information on our property amenities, rate schedules and calendar for availability.
